Sus últimos dos años en banca de inversión se desarrollaron en Merrill Lynch, donde además de seguir liderando Corporate Equity Derivatives, fue responsable de Equity Capital Markets para España y Portugal. Comenzó su carrera profesional en McKinsey en España.

En la actualidad, es además consejera independiente de Evo Banco en España, que cuenta con activos bajo gestión de €5.000 Mn con un fuerte énfasis en la banca digital, donde también preside la Comisión de riesgos, además de ser miembro del Comité financiero y de auditoría. También es miembro del Patronato de Plan International, una organización independiente y humanitaria sin ánimo de lucro enfocada en el avance del derecho de los niños y la igualdad para las niñas, así como la Presidenta de Plan International en España.

Cristina se graduó en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales en ICADE con la calificación summa cum laude y, posteriormente, obtuvo el MBA de Harvard Business School.

Béatrice Guedj is Head Research and Innovation Swiss Life Asset Managers France: she is in charge of quantitative research and investment solutions in real estate for investors. From 2016 to 2018, Béatrice leaded the Research Department in France specialized in listed and non-listed property vehicles - IEIF (Institut de l’Epargne Immobilière et Foncière). Béatrice was Managing Director for Research and Strategy at Grosvenor Fund Management Europe for twelve years, from 2004 to 2016 as she decided to leave after the Brexit.

Béatrice has been very active in the Fund Industry in Europe through her regular publications (IPE Real Estate, EPRA, BI, Estate Gazette….) & presentation to conferences. She has been certified since 2018 as a real estate expert by the French Ministry of Research in France to pursue R&D for the real estate industry as a whole. Beatrice is the Scientific Director of the Edhec-SLAM France Chair (in real estate) and she is a senior advisor to the IEIF. She sits in various Boards such as Finance Innovation and the Steering Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), an American organization.

Béatrice holds a PhD in Economic Theory and has been a researcher at the CREST, the arm of the French National Statistical Office (INSEE). She holds the British IPF Diploma, from the Investment Property Forum in London.
